Advantages and Characteristics
The overflow end of the submerged spiral classifier is completely submerged below the liquid level in the settling zone, which has a large area and depth;

Avoiding frequent maintenance of the spoon head;
Reduced the uneven impact on the large and small gears.
Working principle | Flow chart of submerged spiral classifier | Submerged classifier is a mechanical classification equipment that relies on the principle that solid particles of different sizes and densities have different settling velocities in liquids. Fine particles float in water and overflow, while coarse particles sink at the bottom of the tank and are pushed upwards by a spiral to be discharged. By low-speed rotation of the spiral, the slurry is stirred to suspend fine particles, which then overflow at the overflow weir. Coarse particles settle at the bottom of the tank and are transported by the spiral to the discharge port as return sand. Generally, the Xinhai submerged spiral classifier has 4-5 spiral blades at the overflow weir end, all of which sink into the slurry. The settling area of this classifier is relatively large, the grading pool is deep, and the spiral agitation has little impact on the surface of the slurry. So the grading surface is stable, and the overflow volume is large and fine. | Technical Parameter | type | model | Spiral speed (r.p.m.) | According to the sand return processing capacity (t/d) | According to overflow treatment capacity (t/d) | Spiral diameter (mm) | Sink length (mm) | Sink slope | Transmission motor model |
